Positive: Great location! Right across the street from the beach, one minute away. Eagle Beach is not overcrowded. MVC has reserved chairs on the beach for free use. Every morning there is a continental breakfast, included in the price. The front desk (concierge) is very helpful; we used them for taxis, car rental, and dinner reservations. Water pressure and volume and temperature stability in the shower is excellent!
Negative: The breakfast is not great: too much bread and juice and ham, no made to order dishes. We only ate about half of it, so much went to waste. The hotel is dated, but a better price and availability compared to others in the area.
Summary: Great location in the low rise district. Helpful front desk staff.
